Trash must be taken out every Monday. Rooms will be checked for this.
Rooms are only booked once the deposit is paid in full.
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel the booking.
Rooms booked on a month to month basis will require 30 days notice to quit or the deposit will not be refunded.
All bookings for one month will be charged at the one month rate.
All booking of two months and over will be charged at the discounted rate.
To ensure the fair use of electricty, the power sockets in the bedrooms have an electricity meter. You will be required to top these up with £1 when needed. This helps to reduce the house's carbon footprint.
All plastics, glass and tins must be recycled in the appropriate bins at the front of the house and not in the general waste bin.
Smoking, aromatic candles and incense sticks are not permitted in the house. They constitute a fire hazard.
This is self catering accommodation so you are required to clean up behind yourself and not rely on others to keep it clean for you. This helps keep your costs down as i do not have to employ a full time cleaner.
Depending on your payment method, PayPal may charge a small administration fee that you will be liable for.
